Here's all you do
Click on the link below and select the property you wish to apply for. Once you have filled out the application, we will request you photo IDs & pay stubs or bank statements for income verfication. Don't worry, our credit checks are soft pulls so they will not negatively effect your current score.
What is the screening process like?
We check a few things:
- Credit & Background check
- 2 times rent to income ratio
- Rental verification
Once you apply, we will need income verification & a copy of your photo ID.
Resident portal
Your resident portal will allow you to check your ledger to see all payments, recorded charges & place workorders so your tasks get address in a timely manner.
